Led by Cadence coach Huw Williams this seminar is open to all levels of rider and will give attendees a range of strategies to help them ride faster, for longer. Learn about what to train - strength, speed, power, endurance - and how to train - training load,intensity, recovery, goal setting. 

Huw is is British Cycling level 3 coach and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Join us for this entertaining and informative sessions.
