Who is it aimed at?
The Bronze plan is perfect for the cyclist who just needs a structured and progressive training plan, and light contact from a coach to ensure that they're making the right use of their time. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or experienced cyclist this plan could be for you.
What benefits will you see?
Improved fitness on the bike, making longer, faster rides possible and more enjoyable. You’ll also see increased health benefits and maybe even start thinking about some local challenge rides and non-competitive events or even joining a club for more social, group rides. More experienced riders can benefit from the structured and scientifically-informed training plans and see their performance improve as a result.
How does it work?
We’ll send you a detailed on-line questionnaire that helps us establish your sporting background, current level of riding and what your goals are. Your coach will then put together a template, on-line training plan aimed at achieving them and based on the amount of training time you have available. You can access and update your on line plan 24 hours a day as you progress. Every month your coach will communicate via email to check on your progress and every six months you’ll get a personal review of your programme with your coach, either done face to face or online, whatever works best for you.

Online or in person?
You choose! You can follow a Cadence coaching plan online or, if you live near one of our centres, in person. Either way you follow a training plan that has been customised for you. If you cannot get to our centre for testing our comprehensive training platform provides you with clear instructions on how to test yourself in the field and to how behave in each session
