We have just introduced two new classes focusing on building your strength, mobility and flexibility on the bike. The Strength and Conditioning class targets the legs, core and back and aims to improve on bike strength, pedal stroke efficiency, flexibility and reduce injuries, so that you can become a better and stronger cyclist. The Mobility and Stretching for Cyclist classes are led by our Yoga Instructors and target areas of the body that most cyclists neglect and will involve increasing core strength and improving overall flexibility, particularly in the hip area.

 Pre-book/Walk-in – £10

Buy 6 classes and get 1 free (6 for the price of 5) = £50
Buy 10 classes and get 2 free classes (10 for the price of 8) = £80

Strength & conditioning monthly membership
We also offer unlimited-use monthly memberships which entitle you to attend as many Strength & Conditioning classes as you wish during your subscription period:

Sign for 12 months – £35 per month
Sign for 6 months – £49 per month
Sign for 3 Months – £69 per month

We also offer a combined membership which entitles you to unlimited use of the Wattbike studio and access to  any number of our  classes during your subscription period:

Special deals for groups & clubs
You can book a class for your exclusive use. Up to 14 can participate in your class. We are happy to work with you to define an agenda for your session if you would like your group to focus on particular areas.
