I’ve been working at Cadence since 2014, leading the sports science department as well as coaching numerous athletes. I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Science from the University of Kent, where I investigated endurance cycling performance and training response. I am currently finishing my PhD focusing on the individualisation of training prescriptions. Being at Cadence means that I can apply my scientific knowledge to help riders improve their performance, which is really great! I come from a racing background, competing in regional, national and overseas competitions in road and off-road disciplines.
In addition to my work at Cadence, I am also a Coach and Sports Scientist at Team Dimension Data, the UCI World Tour cycling team, where I work closely with the athletes and have expertise in Time Trial optimisation and training performance analysis.
