The Max Test is a basic test of your performance, and it will give you your heart rate and power zones to use for training and racing as well as your Max Heart Rate and Max Minute Power. The test uses the same format as a Lactate Threshold test, but instead of measuring your blood lactate, the test is looking at how your heart rate responds to incremental exercise.
How long will it take?
A Max Test will take around 1hr.
What do I need?
When attending your test please come equipped with your bike, kit and bike shoes. It is also advised to bring a drink of plain water and a towel.
